Eye of the North - Far Shiverpeaks;

I own the Guild Wars Trilogy, Im near level 20 but still on the Factions expansion. Where do I go to start the GWEN quest line. Will you be automaticly be taken to Far Shiverpeaks or do you have to complete a quest line before that? I know there are 4 new areas in this expansion, Im interested in Far Shiverpeaks at the moment but didn't know if this is where you start out in Eye of the North?

Each camapign as a 'port city'.
All quests to get to another campaign or to the expansion start at the port city.
All you have to do is check all NPCs with the "!" over them in those cities and read:

Prophecies Campaign:
- Lion's Arch

Factions Campaign:
- Kaineng Center.

Nightfall Campaign:
- Kamadan.

Since Eye of the North is not a campaign, but an expansion, you don't get to travel from that region, only to that region.

Far Shiverpeaks is one of the 4 main regions in Eye of the North. THe others are the Charr Lands, the Tarnished Coast(Asura region) and the Depths of Tyria (Underground dungeons).

My question was when I find the npc in that particular city that gives the Eye of the North quest line do I get to choose which of these four regions you mentioned to travel to? I want to travel to Far Shiverpeaks first but I didn't know if this was possible?

Each of the 3 games (Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall) has a quest that takes you to Boreal Station which is the starting location for Eye of the North expansion. You can only do one of them. They all accomplish the same thing, get you to Eye of the North.

To start your journey into Eye of the North from Factions...

See Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center for the quest "I Feel the Earth Move Under Cantha's Feet".

This quest leads you to Boreal Station. Boreal Station is the start location for Eye of the North. When you enter Boreal Station you will automatically receive the next quest that keeps you going.

I do not understand what you mean by "4 new areas".
