Armored Princess and CW won't start

Have been out of town for a bit so hadn't tried playing CW until today. I got the following message pop up when trying to play it:

This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time.

I verified the game cache twice. It verified OK. Then I tried starting Armored Princess (which I have had since January of this year) and it won't start and displays the same pop up message. I verified that game cache and it also was fine. I then deleted both games from my Steam and re-downloaded and re-installed them.

I STILL get the same error message even after again twice verifying the game cache.

I have many other Steam games and currently have no problems with them. I had played Armored Princess to its end in the past on this computer.

What is wrong with this game and why am I getting this message? None of the threads here with similar problems had any answers that work for me.

Try to logout from Steam and then login again.

Thanks but that didn't do a thing for my problem. Both games still give that error message and won't start while all my other Steam games still start. :confused:

I guess only Steam support can help you in this case, strange one.
