Controls changing to xbox360?

Ok this one is super weird!

When i'm playing it will randomly say "controller enabled" and it will show up as though i'm suppose to be playing on an xbow 360 controller and my keyboard is completely unresponsive, i have to close the game and lose all the work i did...

VERY annoying!

any ideas?

no, i dont even own an xbox!

neither do I but i have an exbox controller on my PC, check to see that you don't have the xbox controller utility installed on your computer.

if you have any gamepad or joystick unhook them. beyond that I've got nothing else.

If you have ANY controller connected, and you bump it by accident, the game will switch to controller mode. Which uses the Xbox controller by default.

Ah, so the steering wheel could be causing it to change?
