Hi, any announcement yet on whether or not there will be a demo? this game looks really cool, but i really need a demo to convince me to get it. my wallets kinda low on cash (enslaved, castlevania, fallout etc etc have eaten a big hole) and i wanna really make sure it's for me

Don't you need UT3 for that? Can the mod be played with the UDK only?

So I have to buy a $20 game to see if I like an $18 game? Hmmm lol. Pre-launch demo would've nice, I hate buying things blindly. I'll just wait then and miss out on Indiana Jones skin. /sad

No, i meant another one, which disappeared Oo. But oh well, i found the link to the UDK build:

But this is based on the mod, not the actual game. Keep that in mind.

this is all theorie and may not work but maybe if you had udk you could drag the ball mod files in to it and it will play.

i thought of this because udk contains the ut3 engine.

The mod and the UDK demo are both quite old and do not represent the game very well. Like Yoshiro said, a real demo will follow soon after the release.

Maybe for your next game, you should put up a demo in advance. Just lable it "beta demo" (so people who don't get "early game version" don't think that the final game features the same bugs) and it's cool. Having a demo drives way more people in. I for example wouldn't have prepurchased if the "demo" (the mod version) didn't look fun, although very unpolished.
