Hi,
I installed Titan Quest Demo to see how it's the game before I buy it, but when I start the game, in Menu instead of New Game, Options, Quit(something like this) appear Tag not found.

Here are some screen:

EDIT//
I fixed the problem

If anyone has this problem:
1. Go to "My Documents" folder
2. Go into your "My Games\Titan Quest Demo\Settings" folder.
3. Open the "options.txt"
4. Now simply search for "language = <your language>" and change it to "language = English". It should look like this:
tutorialTips = true
displayDamage = false
quickBuy = true
itemComparison = true
extraRollovers = true
showMonsterLevelOnRollover = false
textureQuality = high
shadowQuality = high
reflectionQuality = high
detailLevel = high
resolution = 1024 768
antiAliasingQuality = medium
fullscreen = true
syncToRefresh = true
masterVolume = 0.99
musicVolume = 0.99
effectsVolume = 0.99
dialogVolume = 0.99
ambientFrequency = medium
showTagErrors = true
useArchives = true
sendDebugMail = false
showAssertMessages = false
device = Direct3D
language = English
playerVsPlayer = false
forceSingleProcessorMode = true
splashScreen = true
5. Now go to the folder where you've installed the game and go to the "Settings" folder. (e.g. "D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\titan quest demo\Settings")

6. Now open the "defaults.txt" file with notepad. And add the following line at the bottom: "language = English". It should look like this:
tutorialTips = true
displayDamage = false
quickBuy = true
itemComparison = true
extraRollovers = true
showMonsterLevelOnRollover = false
masterVolume = 0.99
musicVolume = 0.99
effectsVolume = 0.99
dialogVolume = 0.99
ambientFrequency = medium
fullscreen = true
showTagErrors = true
useArchives = true
sendDebugMail = false
showAssertMessages = false
device = Direct3D
language = English
playerVsPlayer = false
forceSingleProcessorMode = true
splashScreen = true

Didn't work. Nor does anything else. Guess I won't be able to play this game...

The problem seems to be the "text_XX.arc" files (text_EN.arc for english, text_DE.arc for german for example).

If you've got Titan Quest Gold, then perhaps this file (located in the subdirectory "Text") is missing in the "Titan Quest" folder, but existing in the "Titan Quest Immortal Throne" Folder. Simply copy it from IT to vanilla and everything should work as expected.

Run it first in compatibility mode (XPSP3) in order to create the files in \My Games\... Then follow Bruny07's advice.
