Tutorial crashes to windows

Not a major bug, but after finishing the tutorial it said I had 'earnt my wings' and promptly closed the game; leaving me with my windows desktop background to look at.
No error messages or any hint of why it closed but thought I should report it anyway.

the next time this happens we would appreciate it if you could end us a copy of your DxDiag and runtime.log so we can figure it out and prevent this from happening,
