Windows 7 64bit Experiences

How's everyone going with W7/ 64 bit and CZ?

Completely fine here.

Just turn off User Account Control or whatever the heck that really annoying feature is.

That should only come into play during install right? When it says something like 'are you sure you want to install this software'?

I think I have that turned off anyway

Hey...I just installed Steam and signed onto an existing account...so I let it download all my games from the net...

Where do you find the place with your configs?

I want to put my user config there...but I can't find where.

It used to be something like C:/steam/steamapps/username/czero

Something like that...

But I'm not seeing my username anywhere...

PS....also...I have old maps saved...where do I copy these to for CZ?

I found a 'config' file in there...but I don't know if it refers to CZ, 1.6, CSS, CZ:DS, HL, HL2....

Should have been in It used to be something like C:\program files\steam\steamapps\username\condition zero\czero

Your config will go into that directory. Maps go into C:\program files\steam\steamapps\username\condition zero\czero\maps

I don't know, I had mine turned off, but I remember it being really intrusive.

I see what happens....the specific game folders aren't created until you launch the game.
