all indications I see are negative -- it's designed for side-by-side local co-op only.. I haven't tried it yet, but seems like it could be fun, providing I can find a 2nd controller for the 2nd player. Playing on the keyboard sucks.

I finish the local co-op and is so awesome really....defeat the bosses is a big challenge but a lot of fun on this mode

It already states on the game page it's local co-op

If you have two wired 360 controllers you should be good to go or if they're wireless, you'll have to invest in that wireless receiver unfortunately but it'll come in handy for other ports.

I'd loved to see a future patch including online-coop, but it ain't going to happen. Sadly...would be great to play it online. With leaderboards....
(At least one can dream!!)
