Do I have this right:

The original versions of the original Divinity II is $49.99.

For $39.99, you get the re-mastered original, plus this new game.

I assume the re-mastered original is improved technically somehow.

So, only the latter makes any sense to buy, right?

That's right. I think it has to do with the publisher--the old publisher never dropped the price on Ego Draconis, and they're with a new publisher now.

The Dragon Knight Saga includes everything that's in Ego Draconis, and all of the content from Ego Draconis has been remastered to make a better experience.

Yeah i vote that the old version should be removed from the storepage (but still obviously available for download if people have it) else you're just leaving a bad taste in potential customer's mouths.

Thanks for confirming that. Now, it's just the 'buy now or wait for a sale' question. Worth buying, just have hundreds bought.
