Same IP can't play at same time?

I just saw on the Call of Duty forums that someone has posted a thread saying that 2 people with the same IP (same household) can't play Black Ops at the same time? Obviously each person has there own account and game.

Is this true?

Has anyone else tried playing it with 2 computers in the same house?

No. People with incorrectly configured networks/routers or routers that have poor behavior for gaming have this problem. It is not a game problem.

you cant play it from one steam account, and i have 2 accounts of mw2 and bo, i dont know why, but when one playing, and another one connecting - it will be lagging, and it wasn't in mw2

No. People with incorrectly configured networks/routers or routers that have poor behavior for gaming have this problem. It is not a game problem.
