Play with friend issues

Can't play on the same team with your friends. Your friend will get the invite, but will join the server like a random. Why even make this a steam locked game when basic functionality like that isn't present? They need to copy that from MW2, it was perfect there.

You may tell the developing team, Maybe it's a bug.
