Patch?

Hi!

New to this forum, and to Steam overall. I was wondering how it works when you have purchased FM11 online and want to update the game with a patch? Will Steam update this automatically? Since I don't have a physical CD, I cannot download SI Games' patch and install it, because then I get a loading disc error.

The game does have a few bugs, that is the reason why I would like to get the new patch.

If the game is tied to your steam account ie you bought it on steam or activated a retail copy on steam then you don't need to do anything. The game will automatically patch.

If the bugs you are talking about are the French international suspensions and the Spanish disciplinary issues there is a hotfix due that will fix them. It will be savegame compatible so there is no need to wait to start a game, no news on when it will be released though.
