'activate' ?

My 'Poker Night' pre-order is telling me to 'activate' randomly. Then proceeded to tell me I've got the game already activated on this account, and can't.

Anyone know if this is something bad? Like my pre-order hadn't gone through or something? I did a quick search and didn't find a thread on it, so I'm hoping I'm not alone out there with this issue.
