Black Ops Rcon Tool Connecting Problem..

Just trying to get onto my server to set it up but I can't seem to connect... keeps hanging for a while and then popping this error...

"A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly resond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Anyone had this happen / know a solution?

i have the same problem with Rcon

tryed different computer ,but same error

I used to have the sanme problem untill I downloaded the RCON by UTerror. The default RCON is simply just crap. http://alterrcon.freeforums.org/announcements-f3.html
