Changing to some custom Nvidia drivers (i have gtx 260 216 core) seems to solve the freezing issue and i finally can enjoy the game which by the way is awesome!!!
So it was not a programming issue and i owe the developers an apology. :( I am sorry guys, i am stupid...

but now it freezes everytime i throw a bomb orb to a target..hmmmm

I screwed with my settings and got the freezing to stop. Check it out and let me know if it works for you.
