Is 4 the maximum win limit in S&D?

So, S&D is pretty much the only game mode I play, always done in all CoD games. But in every S&D server I've been to in BO the win limit is only 4! That is way too low, every time I get a good killstreak the match is over. It should be more like 8, that's perfect. So did the developers make so there can't be a higher win limit than 4 or are people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and don't know how to set it higher on their servers?

Go to an unranked SnD server with a changed limit, if there are any.

You should know by now that you can't change hardly anything in the game settings for a ranked server.

Even BC2 allowed to change game settings for ranked servers, Sure some limits where on I believe but in short it could be changed. Conquest going from 120 to 350 tickets was kinda nice.

before you call your killstreak, the round will be over, or you will get 2-3 kills, and it will be over anyway:D if it will be 8 or more - it will be great boost way.
