Not Responding

Hey first time i started the game it didnt work. The loading was Stuck and after a while it wasnt responding. I turned off my PC and On again then i could play it. I closed it down alittle beacuse it hurted my eyes. And i was gonna play it again but now its this damn Not responding stuff again.

WHat is this? How can i fix?
