Hacked Need Help!

hey i've got hacked and i wrote a ticket to steam support, after few days the wrote back this: "We have now reseted your password. we will now send you a email that contain Secret questian and a password that only contain number that is the answer to the secret question."

I have only get a email that contain a verification code not a password to the answer for secret question....

Can anyone help me? I don't know what to do.

I have wrote a ticket to steam support also about this password but they have not answer me in like 3 days now.

show proof of purchase, i have 1 email dedicated to my steam profile. and i still have all the emails just in case.show them a reciept/email of purchase or something and you should be cool

So when they respond to me they will give me the password to answer the secret question?

I had a password reset a few weeks ago and got the password and answer to the secret question emailed to me.
so yeah the email you did not get has all the info , it is also explained in the ticket.

you have to wait for support.
