Is it possible to get this achievement at all? I just started a character trying to do it, but then realized there are a number of special fights that I believe can only be won by activating an item. The one that comes to mind first is the iron golem, who is immune to all damage except for the special molten metal item you are given to destroy him with. So how do you get past this monster without activating an item?
