Crashes immediately.

Vista 64 bit, everything up to date.
Comp mode/run as admin/aero off - still no cigar - how do I get refund for this piece of crap?

The current crashing problem is due to a Steam update (released just before the map pack). The developers are working on a solution. Rest assured currently everyone is in the same boat (on steam) and are unable to play.

size of the game download is only 110mb, something is not right...

Odd but I've noticed that steam can often make odd judgements on size and download times (I swear the guy that did the predictive loading time span code for windows now works for steam ;))
