Did some 1080p/120fps rendering tests - www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgZ4LJJXlp8
www.megaupload.com/?d=5SEWPVXB Handy Megaupload with encode @ 15Mbps since Youtube only pretends to be HD.
Ignore frags, I needed some material and not ready to put out democall just yet. :P Still can't figure out how to get avidemo or equiv to work, in-built renderer sucks ♥♥♥.
This game seriously can look good.
edit: Technical details:
1920x1080, all settings highest, 16AA
0.2 timescale (lowest it will go)
24fps (highest I can get with minimal dropped frames) Fraps, full resolution capture
Result is 120fps footage, target is 30fps movie for Youtube compatibilty. I used to be a 50fps movie advocate but Youtube just gets so much more exposure :(
Result is 4-picture per-frame movie, Frameblend cycle for this was 20%/60%/20%/0% i.e. every 4th frame discarded simulating shutter speed.
