Nobody knows the exact release time. But I'm pretty sure Europe will get it at the same time as everybody else.

My answer would be, I don't really know - they said they'd release it today.

I wouldn't be surprised if they released it at 23.59 GMT-12 time :-S Anyway, seems we gotta wait an extra day again. When will they learn to build in a countdown timer OR release it at the day they say it will be released, but then at 0.00 GMT+12 time??

+- 1 to 2 hours. This is the normal timeframe for TTG-titles on Steam.
The version on their site might be out earlier.

They close threads because they think that those threads are going nowhere or are out there just to be trolled by people and yelling fail. The mods are mostly Valve employees here on this section so they have tight look at this forum due to this game release.

I kinda think they are sensitive though. Understandable because store says game is out and it isn't. People get prompted to buy it again (i did) when accessed to store page through steam so i imagine being working at steam support, answering to messages is sort of frustrating now.

If you look down on this forum section's main page, there are moderators listed. Most of them are Valve employees and only the orange ones are volunteer mods that are asked to serve and they have agreed.

"Between 9 and noon Pacific time" should be about, for most of western europe, between 5 and 9 PM (17:00 - 21:00)
