Video prob/Black letters

On the title screen, the letters are black and cant see the mouse.

... With my ATI card I can run Games like Dragon Age just fine at max... I dont get it.

Just a wild guess, but try turning off Catalyst AI optimizations in the Catalyst Control Center. Sometimes that corrupts textures and stuff.

I'm having this issue, and the suggestion didn't work for me.

EDIT: It worked after I verified the game integrity.
