Not able to log in again?

I just made my account and I created a character, played awhile, then logged off. When I tried to log back on later however, it kept telling me that my information was incorrect. My caps lock is off and I'm almost positive that I'm spelling my character's name right. Anyone know a solution?

You need to be 100% sure on the characters name, or the games just not going to let you in. try to reset your password first, if still no joy, then contact support, as that will be the first thng they'll tell you to do.
