I can't believe this game is still $40! It was released 2 years ago for frack's sakes.

I am pretty frugal but come on! Who else thinks the price should be lowered? :D

I agree, hoping it comes on sale but well, my hope is limited.

For some odd reason Konami doesn't like to lower their prices. As if their 2 year old game, that got a 66 meta critic score, is as good as today's best games. They finally did lower Saw's price, but not until the next one came out.

EDIT: Even at the holiday sale price, I did not get the game. 20 Bucks is AT LEAST where it should be normally. That is NOT a sale price Konami.

Are any of the Silent Hill games on PC cheap? With the exception of maybe The Room i doubt you could find them for a lot less than Homecoming on steam.
Plus the retail version of Homecoming (still needs steam activation) is becoming increasingly rare.

Also, as far as i know Homecoming has only been on sale once on steam, and that was last Halloween at 50% off. :S

What is sadder, is that the game is 50 over at D2D. I will never buy Konami games again. They obviously have no regard for their customers.

I agree I'm never buying a konami game, greedy company who thinks their 3 year old game is still worth a new buy lol what a joke.

I agree that they should be reducing their prices but It has been on sale at other times. I bought it as a gift Jun 26, 2010 for $9.99. Not sure if they had added it to the summer sales or not.

Yes i rented this on the 360 - actually enjoyed however £29.99 3 years on is an absolute joke

when ever its on sale i swear they only knock £10 off.

even a discount of 50% or 66% is still not a good price to pay for this game

I was lucky enough to play this game on a friend's Xbox 360 before considering buying it on PC.He saved me $40.I bought Counter-Strike+Condition Zero,Counter-Strike:Source and Day of Defeat: Source instead of this garbage.

I'd buy it for $5 on sale. That is it's real worth.

Considering you can buy this game for 2-5 dollars on Amazon or any other online retailer I really have no idea why anybody in their right mind would buy it on PC. Especially considering how many issues still plague this game.

Still overpriced for an average game released three years ago.

That's because you don't care for it and probably already have played it, Kaihekoa. For me, it's worth what it is now. Yes, 39.99 was a bit over priced, but now it isn't. I loved it on PS3, I'm going to love it for PC. 13 bucks imo, is worth it. You can go buy something else worth 13 bucks.
