Too soon? Too late. It was too late the moment you purchased it, unless you want to join the lawsuit that is brewing within the 'Steam Underground Resistence Force'. S.U.R.F. (i just made that up)

Some real life lawyer is trying to find loopholes to get our moneys back.

The lawsuit thread was deleted. :p

However, JD_2020 announced that they're working on a PC patch, so we can only be patient and hope it comes true...

ok, so i played BFBC2 and all i can say is that i regret buying BlackOps and not BFBC2.

Wont buy a game from CoD never again.

i got a pretty mean system but i have no problems other than a random steam disconnect.

How many lawyers you got? Think you can take on Activision?

there is a problem with waiting for a patch. if they can release a game that is this bad on so many levels do you really think they are smart enough to fix it to a reasonably playable state? i am have having my doubts.

The return policy has alot to do with steam

No it doesn't. Go to any brick and mortar store and look at their return policy on software. Nobody gives refunds on open software, they only exchange for another copy of the same software.

yes it does, if you bought it on Steam, there is no rerutns, unless it's a Pre-Order. PERIOD.

You can't refund any PC game connected to steam in one way or another. Absolutely impossible. Read the EULA.

Activision, has already had there door knocked on by some Law Enforcement. Yes there are lawyers that are looking into this. But i doubt, "they can sue them" Limited people will get there money back, i can asure you that. I've had hundreds and hundreds of calls, implying, people want there money back, JD - PCDEV (if your listening), Before this does get any worse, i would be doing something very quickly. Otherwise ♥♥♥♥ will hit the fan, and if my suit has to bring you down. We will.

no, you missunderstand me. i had no chance to test it before, cause there was no demo and no beta. i had to buy the game to test.
so, next i will load an illegal version to test it and if its ok, i will buy.

Once again its not Steam exclusive. Go to a retail store and buy software. Go home, open it, and then take it back to the store. They will not refund your money. It's done to keep people from buying sofware, installing it, and returning the box for a refund.

Once you open software you own it. It clearly states it in the stores return policy.
