Yeah, the game hasn't actually been downloaded.

It's just an install command that doesn't actually install the game, it just shows that box.

no is not, I can make that screen too if I use steam://install, but it doesnt work

Play finally appeared, but doesn't do anything. I'll see if restarting Steam will let me download it...

EDIT: Yep, Install button appears now. :D
