Is anyone else getting this? The game isn't doing it's first time installation and it says the game is unavailable. Wtf steam? Or is it the game?

You have to restart Steam.

I restarted Steam, reinstalled Meat Boy and restarted 3 PC times.

Only after the 3rd PC restart did my game work.

I had the same thing before.

This happens if files become corrupt on your hard drive. You have to verify file integrity by right-clicking the game. Go to Properties. Next find the tab called Local Files and verify the game cache integrity. This will fix your problem.
