medic training problems

hi i have some problems on medic training .. it say to do i dont know what it says '' Look at the SimMan and hold [thumbmousebutton] or [numpadzero] '' i dont find those

It should be the space bar on your keyboard.

i solved it with some settings from nvidia control pannel its becasue of tha ♥♥♥ doesnt show me the 4 options.
