Problem with Achievements and Downloadable Content

I'm having really good time playind Deathspank TOV, but I can't access Achievements and Downloadable menus from main menu. I have no idea if there's any dlc available at all, but it's kindaweird. Do you have the same thing?

do you have steam community in-game disabled?

if you click "shift+tab", can you see the steam overlay?

btw, there is no DLC yet

however the problem from batetolast1 is, that the menu button don't do what they should do... showing the achievement and/or the availeable DLC...

since both menu button just open the steam overlay, i would say that he have "steam in-game commnity" disabled.

OK, I've activated "steam in-gamecommunity", thanks a lot, but there are no DLC available. Are they integrated with installation download?

There was a Steam side setup issue. It is being worked on. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. You will have to restart your Steam client and when you go to launch TOV, it will download and install the DLC automatically.
