EDIT: After update, there was a pop-up at main menu: Downloadable Content found.

yes these are the 2 free DLC... in game you should find a note on the ground which will tell you where you can enter the DLC location.

also if you right-click on DS:ToV in steam -> games tab and choose "view download content" then you should see the 2 DLC listed there.
