The Annoying Missions

Is there anyway to disable the annoying missions in SC4 Deluxe? (mainly the highly annoying flags over hundreds of cars, that aren't missions, just 'soon to be' missions)

I like the additions in Rush Hour but the 'missions' ruin the game. Can it be installed WITHOUT Rush Hour. Would hate to lose some of the additions but the missions are wrecking the game.

There's a button in the MySim panel (U-Drive-It section I think) that toggles those bubbles.

The mission indicators are always in my way while I build the city, how can I make them go away?

There is an option in the earn vehicles catalog menu (4th button right below the land, water, air vehicle buttons) that will toggle mission indicators on or off. The player can still get to the missions by opening the land, water, and air vehicles (look for the yellow highlight), but the mission indicators will disappear.
