Attention - Game breaking bug in version 1.30!

All of you guys who are starting your new game of Numen should know that there is a game breaking bug not too far into the adult part:

Once you come to Machatar and talk to the priest of your god, you are sent to Imbros to see a witch called Misarica. You'll find her cave and on the first crossroads you'll meet a rival hero. After helping him out with the riddle remember that you shouldn't go through the door on your right and that you shouldn't enter this door until Misarica sends you there much later in the game (during a quest called "Precious maps"). If you enter this part of the underground prematurely, your story will be broken.

For the time being (until a new patch is released), this is a simple solution how to avoid this bug entirely.

I hope so... I know that there has to be a patch, but there is not much I can do about it:-/

To be honest, I don't consider it a bug. It's just that you make a choice and what should happen to the other hero actually happens to you instead.

kovi_cz when we'll get the patch? Is it still in the works? I love this game and I've reviewed it here (in italian, sorry) http://www.indievault.it/2010/10/28/numen-contest-of-heroes/ talking very good about it, a lot of friends and users I know took the game and I've advised them about the bug, but I wonder if we'll get the patch soon as it's being months and the game is still broken

Regretfully i'll place Numen next to the Might & Magic 9 - a game that i couldn't finish due to a bug.
And no, I'm not willing to start over. The whole situation is just silly. Broken product is broken.

I've also been stopped after the minotaur quest by this bug. I went off to the right out of curiosity, when returning a fair bit stronger than I had been earlier, and got the map quest unexpectedly. Same story as others. Hope this gets fixed so I can continue playing the game.
