Stage 1 and 2 missing in Dark Matter Mode?

Are there stage 1 and stage 2 in Dark Matter Mode? I can see only stage 3~25 and I have used the unlock functionality.

The first levels are pure tutorials and cannot be "lost", so they make no sense in the context of DMM. So we left them out.

In some games(like Braid) you discover big secrets at world 1/stage 1, so I just wonder whether Eufloria is doing the same since the story line is not quite finished in the main game.
