None of the achievement counters are increasing

Can someone explain to me why I have added 73 songs to my library, yet the achievement counter has stuck itself at 40? It's not just for songs added, but for all the other achievements. Several hard and expert runs have gone ignored.

I have noticed that the first song I add after start-up counts, but none after that.

Is it a glitch in the achievement register?

I've experienced this problem recently too. I have no idea what it's about.

It just a recent problem, I have it too, Steam is not tracking achievements something is messed up in the recent update also i can´t enter my profile or achievements via in game menus.
