Frequent Crashes

Just bought the game and its awesome except for extremely frequent crashes. As in every 10 to 30 minutes for no apparent reason. Usually im just sitting watching my cash roll in a laughing maniacally and it dies.

Is there some setting that i don't know about. Or is there some crash log rebellion might find useful?

EDIT:
Updated sound drivers and it still crashes. Set auto save to 5 minutes so i don't lose as much progress.
And its also not an autosave or savegame bug because starting an new game will crash as well.
