Random black screen while playing this?

It seems I'm having a rather frustrating problem with this game. I get random black screens while playing, although the game itself doesn't crash, because I can still hear the music and sounds playing and even click the menus. I'm running a Windows 7 Home Premium x64 machine, with a 9800GT, a C2D E7400 3.2GHz and two monitors. I tried disabling fullscreen, but I get black screens even in windowed mode.

Is anyone having similar problems?

Ok, the game is unplayable. I can't play for more than 5 minutes without the screen going completely black. Funny thing, every other Steam game I have runs perfectly. And since the Treasure Hunt quest is completely broken (and no one seems to give a crap about fixing it), there's no reason for me to bother trying to play this game.
