Who in his sane mind would want a bag of monstermuch from '85, let alone pay 50p for them?

Bah, you don't know people. Just tell them, that there is a facebook bidding group for it and they are in.

Never mind the sense ! :D

You want a refund, because you bought something before it went on sale, and didn't save £0.71?

What the hell is wrong with you.

You don't buy something from a store, see it went on sale a day or a week or a month later, and demand that the price be altered. It doesn't work like that. Why should it work here?

And FYI you were not ripped off. You'd have been ripped off if they said it was £1.75 and then charged you £2. It went on sale. That's not a ripoff, it's marketing.

you got lucky, I lost something like $22.00 in a steam sale buying something the day before steam started it's summer sale. I was a bit miffed.

What they need is something like some copanies around here, that say if you buy it today and find it advertised for less in the next 7 days, we'll refund the difference plus 10%

It rewards customer loyalty.

Perhaps they should simply cease offering sales and instead have a continualy 30-40 % off ... then nobody would get miffed :)

It works that way at Wal-Mart (http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/10/24/us-walmart-idUSTRE79N1OC20111024).

Steam doesn't offer price protection. Some stores do it because they can afford it (like wal-mart), but they are not obligated to.

i think i win i spent 55 dollars on heroes 6. lol. wish steam would make sure these premium games worked. not their fault but would really appreciate it if they could help people know what they r getting into. but that doesnt help sell. but yeah try losing 55 bc the game doesnt support laptop graphics cards. 75 cents? lmfao. if ur whining about 75 cents seems like u cant really afford to buy these games to begin with.

You think you have it bad OP pity me -last night I was thinking about buying it and it was only £1.75. Today I finally decided to get it but now it's £7 so I guess I'll just have to wait for the next sale.
