Need For Speed, Purchase Help!

I want a good need for speed game that not only looks decent, but allows me customization of the car and a great single/multilayer gameplay.

Underground 2. Best customization in racing games. Dunno about active MP though.

Wait a short while for shift 2 or probably better still Grid 2. while your days away with need for speed world as it is free until one of them becomes avauliable then look again.
