weird fuzzyness around the eyes

i just got the game when it was 5 bucks and i noticed the game has a weird fuzzyness around the eyes, like i am able to see small squares like if your res is zoomed in all the way or if you zoom in to much on a picture but not distorting, just has a fuzz to it.

anyone know how to fix this? im running an i7 2.67 (8core) 12g ram and an ati 4850

ye im seeing the same thing. fuzziness everywhere when in a close up scene, like when talking with some npc.
But i think thats just how the game is...
