Wired or wireless? Gaming or generic? I would take her to a local store and let her try it before buying. I know a lot of big women and small women, so size is relative.

Something like this might be good for most.

It's fairly well rounded, medium sized mouse and fits most hands pretty well.
But yea take her to a store like BestBuy and this way she can feel the display models, which they usually have plenty of.

I really like my Logitech MX518 and it's on the smaller side for a gaming mouse.

In order to make useful suggestions, it would be helpful to indicate what you have now as a reference.
rotndude is right though - it would be better to ask her to try some in a store.
