Anyone else find in the in-game cinematic windows laggy?

I mean the cutscene that pops up in a window whilst you're playing the game. The game runs fine except those are laggy and it's really rather annoying. Is it possibly a common bug, or just a result of my crappy Laptop I can't fix?

I don't use a laptop. Those scenes run smooth for me though.
