ok so heres the whole enchilada. I know there have been issues with bugs in the game, and many complaints that all the dlc was ridiculous.


so, now that this complete pack has been released on sale, can some of the game vets tell me if its the real deal?

does it actually include everything you need?

will there still be bad bugs?

is it 'worth it'?

And another question from me.
What's the purpose of the packs? Are they useful at all? or should I save 29% of the sale price and buy only HoI3 + SF?

I have HOI 3 but to be honest I havent even really played it yet. I played HOI 2 a TON but the bugs and such put me off of HOI 3.

I heard that Semper Fi was the patch that was needed and fixed some stuff. I am tempted to buy it since it is $5 and might make HOI 3 playable.

So I guess I will also ask. Is Semper Fi worth getting to make the game work?

I have no interest in the DLC. Stupid game makers selling us crap that modders do a much better job at.

HOI3 is awesome. This package is worth the price. All is included as you can see on the store page.
Latest patch 2.04c is in beta, so expect the full soon. Lesser bugs :)

And there are nice mod out there.

I have been playingHoI games since the first one and this is what we always hear. The NEXT patch will fix everything. The NEXT expansion will fix everything. The NEXT game will fix everything.

I don't mind little bugs here and there but there always seem to be GAME BREAKING bugs that jack up the game. How are the game breakers?

Supply bug? The one where you cant even supply over water. If you play Germany and roll Europe it is probably ok, but if you want to have places over water it doesnt work well.

I think that supply was reworked, or at least they planned to do so. I hope that distant areas can at least try to self-supply. I always play as Japanese and its real pain... especially Australia. But you can shrug it off as "its realism, in war there are issues with supply" :eek:
