Are my saves in the void or is there hope?

So I recently updated from vista to 7. When I put my PC together all I had was vista, lying around so ya can't blame me :) . I don't know why but for some reason I though WoG had cloud support. So now I am wandering if there is a copy of my save file somewhere in my Windows.old folder. Does anyone know where I would look?

The WoG saves are somewhere in your profile folder in C:\Users. If you have your old profile folder, you should find the saves there.

I installed the game on one of my computers and I want to transfer my saved game to another computer, is that possible?

Yes! All you need to do is copy the saved game file which is named pers2.dat. On Windows XP, it lives in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\2DBoy\WorldOfGoo. On Vista the file is located in C:\ProgramData\2DBoy\WorldOfGoo. Copy it from one computer into the appropriate location on the other computer and voila!

Note: It's also in the same folder in Windows 7 as it is in Vista. You may also need to enable hidden folders.
