how do you heal your units?

How do you heal your units on the campaign map? I must be blind because surely there's a way to do it, right?

How do you reinforce?

Place the army you want to reinforce on one of the towns where re-enforcement is possible (hold mouse over location and read text to check which sites you can use- look for the sites that look like little towns). Right click on the town/army on the town. The radial menu pops up and reenforcing/replenishing units is one of the options (looks like a little boat thing)

Important; I think its only possible after a certain stage in the campaign. Its quite early, but I don't remember how early.
