Manual doesn't load

Steam has a link to the manual for this game but the page doesn't load. Might just be me though. I got a copy from somewhere else so I'm good but you steam guys might want to look into it.

Just tried it and it seemed to download fine and open up fine in Foxit Reader. Not sure how it works in Adobe Crapobat though.
