Windows 7 x64 issues

The game constantly minimizes when i start it in full screen. I eventually end up in game but the game looks like somebody threw up skittles all over it. It will also randomly crash after going into the menu a couple of times.

Are there any solution to any of these issues?

I had the same problem solved by the first download on http://www.jkhub.net/project/show.php?projid=47&section=downloads
Get it and put it into your star wars jedi knight folder.

I downloaded and place the first file in my Jedi Knight folder but the problem persists. When the level starts the image is completely messed up and when I go to the menu and back its completely gone.

EDIT: Found this thread and the problem is fixed, even though Im stuck to being windowed and not in widescreen http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1346269
