manual broken

I can't download all the EU3 manual, stops around half way. Anyone else have this problem?

Happens to me all the time with Steam Manuals since I use Firefox and they say it doesn't cope well with Acrobat or something.

Opening the Manual page and "save as..." on my desktop works for me, even if sometimes i have to do it a couple of times.
