Car Spawner

I want to add some sorta car Spawner but they say i need to have an asi loader and put the spawner file in the directory.

1) what does ASI Loader actually do and wher would i put it to
make the car spawner work.

2) Whaere is GTA4 Directory? or is that the first thing that list
everything?

This has a Native Trainer and links to an ASI Loader that works.

As for the GTAIV directory, you'll find it in C:\Program Files\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv

Assuming you installed Steam on your C drive and have it on Steam.
