If i buy the game now will the next eps auto lock to my game?

no. you paid for the whole series. they will be unlocked/downloadable when ready. no additional charges.

all additional eps will be tied to your steam account (or telltale, if you bought there).

In all fairness, it is a bit confusing, as there are no locked episodes added to the Steam library. With other games from Telltale, typically it lists only the released episodes as available, while the others are in the library greyed out/locked.

I actually think they might be released in the launcher but I can't say for sure. They might allow preloading before Episode 2 comes out.
